Brendan Nolan

Brendan Nolan is currently a Commercial Appraiser Trainee at Lamb Hanson Lamb Appraisal Associates, Inc. and has been working towards his General Certification since October of 2019. He received his B.A. from Washington State University in 2021 in Social Sciences.

Brendan Nolan is training under Patrick M. Lamb, MAI, and assisting in all aspects of the appraisal process. He has been exposed to a variety of commercial and residential valuation assignments including multi-family residential, office, retail, industrial and proposed development. Clients have included banks and financial institutions, as well as private clients.
